Embroidery digitizing turns artwork into stitch instructions for an embroidery machine. The design is prepared for its intended size, fabric, and placement, such as a cap or left-chest logo.
How is vector conversion different from digitizing?
Vector conversion recreates an image as scalable artwork for printing and design. Embroidery digitizing prepares stitch instructions. Choose vector conversion for clean graphics, and digitizing for machine embroidery.
How long does embroidery digitizing take?
The typical digitizing turnaround shown on Digitemb is 3–12 hours. Include your deadline when requesting a quote so the team can confirm availability. Patch and sticker production require separate timelines.
What should I include in my quote request?
Send your artwork, requested service, finished size, and deadline. For embroidery, include the fabric and placement. For patches or stickers, add quantity, finish, backing requirements, and delivery details.
Which patch or sticker style should I choose?
Start with where and how the item will be used. Compare embroidered, woven, chenille, PVC, printed, and leather patches, or vinyl, transparent, holographic, and foil stickers. The service pages explain the available options.
Can I buy ready-made designs?
The new DigitEMB design storefront is not available from this demo yet. Please contact us to confirm availability of ready-made designs, or request a quote for a custom project.
Can I request personalized name stickers and embroidered names?
Yes. Choose printed name stickers, a finished embroidered name patch, or a digital name embroidery file. Include the exact spelling and tell us how you plan to use it so we can confirm the right service.
Are name stickers waterproof or dishwasher-safe?
Care performance depends on the material, adhesive, finish, and application surface. Tell us if the item will be washed or used outdoors. We will confirm suitable options and care instructions with your quote; do not assume all name stickers are dishwasher-safe.
Can I order several different names?
Include your complete name list, quantities for each name, size, and style when requesting a quote. The team will confirm production options, minimum quantities, and pricing for your batch.
